DOUG & VITA DEVEAUX
Doug and Vita DeVeaux were introduced to Forgiving Forward in 2013. They found that forgiveness frees people from bondage and allows them to live in true freedom as God intended. They continue to embrace the transformative power of love and forgiveness, seeking to enact these principles in their relationships and endeavors. Doug and Vita are committed to serving others through various church ministries and outreach programs. Doug is a Project Manager for a construction company, and Vita is a Commercial Broker for a firm in Atlanta. They have four children and two grandchildren.
Forgiving Forward Associates
Ed & Ret Kosiba
Ed and Ret Kosiba, Forgiving Forward Associates and Board Members have served Forgiving Forward since its inception. They have witnessed first-hand the miraculous impact the freedom of the Gospel through forgiveness provides. Ed and Ret assist the ministry in multiple ways—operating the resource table at seminars, serving on the Forgiving Forward Board and sometimes transporting the team nationally and internationally. Ed is a retired Delta Airlines Captain and Ret serves as an Area Director in Community Bible Study. They have 3 married children and 4 grandchildren.

John & Kathie Sipple
John and Kathie Sipple have a passion to see people connect with God and live free in Him. They have partnered with numerous ministries as consultants and encouraged Bruce and Toni in the formation of Forgiving Forward. John is the President of Business Resource Network, a company dedicated to coaching leaders. John and Kathie have three grown children, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Mark and Carrie Heinrich
Mark and Carrie are currently members of The Parks Church in McKinney, TX where Carrie serves in women’s programs and the support ministry to the school district’s alternative education program. Mark leads the church recovery ministry and serves as an Elder. They have both attended several Forgiving Forward seminars and introduced the ministry to their church and community through multiple events. Mark is an engineer and Carrie is a retired teacher. They have been married 36 years and have two grown children and three grandchildren.
Pastor
Everett Spencer, Sr.
Everett Spencer, Sr. is the founding pastor of New Dimensions Church in Newnan, GA. More than nine years ago he and his wife of thirty seven years, Carol prayed for guidance on how to plant a healthy church. A few months later Everett met Bruce who very quickly and graciously confronted wounds he was carrying from past ministry disappointment. Everett and Carol experienced the freedom of forgiveness and became Forgiving Forward disciples. Today, Everett serves as a Forgiving Forward board member and the Forgiving Forward curriculum is the primary requirement for membership at New Dimensions Church.
