We are a group of passionate followers of Jesus who want to share the message of forgiveness with the world. We believe that anyone can have victory over torment by applying these Gospel truths to their life!

DR. BRUCE HEBEL, Founder

Dr. Bruce Hebel is an international speaker with a compelling message that is revolutionizing the hearts of people from all walks of life. Raised in a pastor’s home and educated to pastor the local church, Bruce is now following God’s call to the Church at large. Backed by over 30 years experience leading churches, all of his training has led to this: helping people experience the freedom of the gospel through the power of forgiveness. Through Forgiving Forward, Bruce and his wife, Toni, are committed to bringing life back to the Church and its leaders through the power of forgiveness. Bruce is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and serves as Adjunct Professor at Carver College.

TONI HEBEL, Co-Founder

Toni Hebel is a gifted communicator who serves alongside her husband and often speaks with him at events. She has been a guest speaker for various ladies events and retreats nationally as well as internationally. For over 25 years Toni has enjoyed teaching the Bible to women. She is passionate about helping all women find freedom while restoring their God-given destinies through an intimate relationship with Jesus. In addition, Toni is a skilled musician who has taught piano for over 25 years. Bruce and Toni live south of Atlanta and are blessed with three wonderful grown and married children who are all active in ministry, as well as four grandchildren.

Karen Kinnaird, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Karen serves as the Executive Assistant for Forgiving Forward. She has been a minister’s wife for more nearly 40 years and has served on local church staff and in state denominational positions. Karen has a passion for encouraging people searching for hope. Her husband Jimmy is the Associational Mission Strategist for Fairburn Baptist Association in the southeast metro Atlanta area. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Ed & Ret Kosiba

Ed and Ret Kosiba, Forgiving Forward Associates and Board Members have served Forgiving Forward since its inception. They have witnessed first-hand the miraculous impact the freedom of the Gospel through forgiveness provides. Ed and Ret assist the ministry in multiple ways—operating the resource table at seminars, serving on the Forgiving Forward Board and sometimes transporting the team nationally and internationally. Ed is a retired Delta Airlines Captain and Ret serves as an Area Director in Community Bible Study. They have 3 married children and 4 grandchildren.

John & Kathie Sipple

John and Kathie Sipple have a passion to see people connect with God and live free in Him. They have partnered with numerous ministries as consultants and encouraged Bruce and Toni in the formation of Forgiving Forward. John is the President of Business Resource Network, a company dedicated to coaching leaders. John and Kathie have three grown children, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Mark and Carrie Heinrich

Mark and Carrie are currently members of The Parks Church in McKinney, TX where Carrie serves in women’s programs and the support ministry to the school district’s alternative education program. Mark leads the church recovery ministry and serves as an Elder. They have both attended several Forgiving Forward seminars and introduced the ministry to their church and community through multiple events. Mark is an engineer and Carrie is a retired teacher. They have been married 36 years and have two grown children and three grandchildren.

Everett Spencer, Sr.

Everett Spencer, Sr. is the founding pastor of New Dimensions Church in Newnan, GA. More than nine years ago he and his wife of thirty seven years, Carol prayed for guidance on how to plant a healthy church. A few months later Everett met Bruce who very quickly and graciously confronted wounds he was carrying from past ministry disappointment. Everett and Carol experienced the freedom of forgiveness and became Forgiving Forward disciples. Today, Everett serves as a Forgiving Forward board member and the Forgiving Forward curriculum is the primary requirement for membership at New Dimensions Church.
